Ingredients

1-1 1/4 cup raspberries
2 cups spinach
1 banana
1 cup Kefir, or yogurt (plain)
water
Tips
This is usually what I have for breakfast in the morning. It's rather large, but I find it keeps me full until lunch.
Directions
put all ingredients in a blender along with 1/2-3/4 cup water, and blend. Enjoy.
