Candied Pecans

Ingredients

    I lb pecan halves
    2 egg white (use whisk till whites are foamy NOT STIFF)
    cup packed brown sugar
    cup granulated sugar
    1 teaspoon nutmeg
    1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

Preheat oven 300 Degrees. Toss pecans in egg white froth then add remaining ingredients. Place pecans on cookie sheet covered with parchment paper. *MAKE SURE SHEET IS LARGE ENOUGH FOR PECANS TO LAY OUT EVENLY). Bake for 45 min TOSSING PECANS EVERY 7-10 minutes.
