Ingredients

    Greek Gods Nonfat Plain Yogurt 8ozs.
    Banana, 1 cup sliced
    Chia Seeds, 2Tbsps.
    Water or Ice, 1 cup

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Add fruits and/or vegetables of you choice. You may want to add a sweetener of choice, such as Stevia.
