1 lb Turkey 2 cups Red Kidney Beans, rinsed 2 cups Black Beans, rinsed 1 cup Green Chili 6 oz Pico deGallo 2 cups chopped carrots 1 can Tomato Soup (condensed) 1/2 cup water
Add chopped carrots to turkey to start them softening up while you cook your turkey. Rinse your beans and place them in your crock pot. Add all your other ingredients. After turkey is cooked thoroughly, add it and your carrots to the rest of your ingredients. Taco seasoning, salt & pepper to taste. Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
