Introduction

Ingredients

    2 cups short grain white rice
    1 cup frozen peas & carrots
    6oz frozen fully cooked shrimp
    1/4 tsp dried minced onion
    1 tsp minced garlic
    2 tbsp soy sauce
    2 cups beef broth

Directions

Cut tails off shrimp, combine all ingredients in a rice cooker & press start.

Serving Size: makes five 1 cup servings
