Ingredients

    1 Medium head of Cauliflower
    1 Med. Onion - chopped
    1 Tbsp coconut oil

Directions

grate cauliflower with hand grater or w/ food processor; heat 1 Tbsp coconut oil in wok or large skillet; add onion and cauliflower and stir fry until tender, approx 5-7 minutes. Sale and pepper or season to taste.

Serving Size: Makes approx 8 - 1/2 cup servings
