Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    330g Chicken Breast
    1 Red Pepper
    1 Yellow Pepper
    225g Carrots
    180g Mange-tout
    5tsp Soy Sauce
    1tsp Rosemary (dried)
    1tsp Onion Granules
    half tsp Ginger (ground)
    1tbsp Garlic Granules
    1tbsp Coriander (ground)
    quarter tsp Cayenne Pepper
    half tsp Allspice
    200mls Water

Tips

*Can be enjoyed alone or with noodles/rice
*Alter amounts of herbs/spices to your preference
*Add some cornflour if you prefer a thicker sauce


Directions

1. Add water, soy sauce, herbs and spices to a wok on medium heat
2. Dice chicken and add to wok
3. Chop vegetables and add to wok once meat is sealed
4. Stir until meat is cooked through and veg is cooked to your preference
