Ingredients

5 lbs Yukon Gold Potatoes, cut into chunks
1 large stalk broccoli chopped up
1 bunch green onions cut up
Salt & Pepper to taste
8 oz. container Daisy Light Sour cream (other types might have fillers)
1/2 c. 2% milk or as needed to get consistency you desire
Tips
Slow cookers are great for keeping the potatoes warm!
Directions
Place potatoes in a large pot. Cover with water and add salt. The potatoes cannot not absorb the flavor from the salt after they are cooked. Cook until tender.
Mash potatoes with a potato masher, using a mixer or food processor will make them starchy and gluey.
Add sour cream as you mash the potatoes.
Stir in broccoli and green onions.
