Ingredients

    1 lb. Ground pork
    1 lb. Ground turkey
    2 Eggs
    2 c. Prepared lentils
    1 c. Spinach1 c. Red bell pepper
    1 Onion, diced
    1 tbsp. Oregano
    1 tbsp. Olive oil
    1 tsp. Minced garlic
    1 tsp. Salt
    1 tsp. Pepper

    2 tbsp. Balsmic vinegar

Directions

Preheat your oven to 375 F.

Grease loaf pan
Mix everything together..

Bake at 375 for 1 hour
