Turkey Breakfast Patties

Ingredients

    *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 1 pound
    Applesauce, unsweetened, .25 cup
    Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .25 cup (southwest recommended)
    *Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style, 0.25 cup
    *medium red onion, chopped, .125 cup (remove)
    Pepper, garlic powder, sage, other spices to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients, mix well by hand, drop by 1/4 cup measure and spread in non-stick pan, use no calorie spray (Pam) as needed.
