Quick Clam Chowder

Ingredients

    One can potato soup
    One can chopped clams
    2 T chopped shallot
    1 C original unsweetened almond milk

Tips

I used condensed potato soup. You could also use a potato with bacon. Or us real milk instead of almond milk. Of course any of those would involve reassesing the calories, etc.


Directions

Spray pan with non stick spray. Cook shallots until soft. Add all other ingredients and stir, heat as desired. 1/4 of recipe is one serving.
