Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    6 cups of cooked red beans
    two bay leaves
    Turkey sausuage cut in small pieces
    Rice
    Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Cook Red Beans to equal 6 cups, while cooking add the bay leaves. When the beans are tender add the turkey sausage and cook until seasoned. Add Salt and pepper to taste
Cook rice according to package and divide into 10 portions. Serve Beans and sausage over the Rice.
