Introduction

Stir Fry Salad Stir Fry Salad

Ingredients

    Skinless, Boneless Chicken Strips
    1/2 Bell Pepper
    1/2 Onion
    8 Cherry Tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
    2 cups of Iceberg Lettuce (chopped)
    1/4 cup of Parmesean Cheese

Directions

Spray skillet with cooking spray. Add onions, chicken, bell peppers. Stir frequently for about 10 min. Add tomatoes and soy sauce. Stir for another 5 minutes or so. Place lettuce on plate/bowl. Add stir fry on top. Sprinkle with cheese.
