Blueberry Power Smoothie

Ingredients

    1 cup of frozen berries, unsweetened
    2 cup of skim milk
    2 tbsp of soy protein powder
    2 tbsp of pumpkinseed oil or any omega oil
    2 tbsp honey
    1 - 6 oz of your favorite yogurt
    1-2 tbsp of your favorite peanut butter

Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend. Pour into glasses and enjoy.
