Ingredients

    *Onion powder, 1 tsp (remove)
    *garlic, minced in olive oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 large (remove)
    Honey, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can (12 oz) yields (remove)
    Tomato Paste, 1 can (6 oz) (remove)
    Water, tap, 6 fl oz (remove)
    Beans, black, 2 cup (remove)
    *Cumin seed, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *chilli powder, 1 tsp (remove)
    Oregano, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, .5 tsp (remove)
    Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, 1 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook (remove)

Directions

Optional toppings: Additional cilantro, shredded cheese, chopped scallions, red onion, sour cream, etc.

Directions
Combine ingredients 1 through 14 in a slow cooker*. Stir until combined. Place uncooked chicken on top and cover. Cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 4 hours, stirring occasionally.

Thirty minutes before serving, pull chicken breasts apart with two forks. Stir and continue cooking. Top with fresh cilantro or any other desired topping
