Ingredients

Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Original, 3 Cups
Organic Quinoa, 3 cups
Blueberries, fresh, 1.5 cups
Almond Extract, .5 tsp
Honey, 4 tbsp

Directions
Make quinoa according to package directions, substituting 3 cups almond milk for 3 cups water.
Once quinoa is cooked, add blueberries, almond extract and honey. Stir well and serve with your favorite topping!
