Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1.5 cup whole wheat flour
    1.5 T sugar
    1.5 tsp baking powder
    .5 tsp baking soda
    .5 tsp salt
    .33 cups egg beaters
    1.5 cup skim milk
    3 Tbs. plain low-fat yogurt (can use vanilla, also)
    cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Make a well in the center and set aside. In a separate bowl, mix egg beaters, milk, yogurt, and vanilla extract. Add wet ingredients to dry all at once and stir just until moistened. Cook on a hot griddle with pam or similar spray for low-fat delicious pancakes!
