Introduction

This may sound like a strange combination, however, it is very tasty and filling. A great green smoothie for St. Patrick's Day. This may sound like a strange combination, however, it is very tasty and filling. A great green smoothie for St. Patrick's Day.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 C seedless green grapes
    1 C diced fresh pineapple
    1 whole medium apple
    1 slice fresh lemon
    1 C kale leaves
    1 C baby spinach
    1 1/2 T brown rice protein

Directions

Whirl in blender on med high adding ingredients in the order listed. Be sure to add the whole apple, uncored. Also include the peel on the slice of lemon. May add a few drops of stevia and ice cubes if desired. Can also be frozen after prepared.

Serving Size: makes 2 - 1 1/2 cup servings
