Chicken Spaghetti



Introduction

Ingredients

    16 oz Colby Jack Cheese
    24 oz uncooked Spaghetti
    2 cups of water
    2 cans of Stewed Tomatoes (no salt)
    2-3 cans of tomato sauce
    6 oz can of tomato paste
    Garlic Powder
    Oregano
    1 whole roasting chicken

Directions

Boil Chicken until falling apart (about and hour), set out to cool. Reserve chicken broth to boil spaghetti in. Combine water, stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, garlic and oregano (to tast) in a big pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium. Add deboned chicken to sauce. Cook until thick like spaghetti sauce. Grate cheese, set aside. Boil spaghetti in resevered broth. Add cooked pasta to sauce mix. Stir, then put in a 13x9 in glass dish. Top with cheese and Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 30 min, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
