chicken breast, 28 oz
crushed pineapple sweetened with splenda, 20 oz
*Lemon Juice, 1 fl oz
Splenda No Calorie Sweetener(Granulated), 0.5 cup
dry mustard, 1 tsp
combine and mix together the pineapple w/juice, splenda sweetener, lemon juice and dry mustard in a bowl.
put chicken in 9x13 baking dish sprayed lightly with Pam cooking spray).
spread pineapple mixture over chicken.
bake 50 to 60 minutes.
