Oven Fried Chicken Breast

Ingredients

    4-4oz Boneless skinless chicken breast,
    1 Cup unenriched wheat flour,
    1 Tsp paprika,
    1/4 Tsp salt,
    1 Tsp white pepper,
    1 Tbsp extra light olive oil

Directions

Preheat oven 425, wash chicken and pat dry with paper towels. In a pie pan, combine flour, paprika, salt and pepper. Coat chicken with the flour mixture. Coat pie pan with the olive oil. Arrange chicken in pan in a single layer. Bake at 425 for 30 minutes: turn and bake 15 minutes longer or until chicken is tender and done. Oven fried chicken recipe serves 4.
