Bryanna's Vegan Pumpkin Pie

Number of Servings: 8


    1 can pumpkin
    1 cup Silk Very Vanilla soymilk
    1/4 cup Splenda brown sugar blend
    1/4 cup cornstarch
    1 tbsp molasses
    1 tsp vanilla
    2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
    1 frozen pie crust


Put all ingredients (except crust) into blender & blend until mixed well. Pour into crust & bake 60 minutes at 350, covering if crust gets too brown.
