I'm not really sure how to figure this out, but I'll try for 3.5 oz fresh caught bluegill, filleted, no bones, pan fried in Canola Oil. I'm not really sure how to figure this out, but I'll try for 3.5 oz fresh caught bluegill, filleted, no bones, pan fried in Canola Oil.

Ingredients

    Canola Oil

    Bluegills

    All purpose Flour

Directions

Pour Canola oil in frying pan, let heat up.

Flour Bluegills, place in hot oil, fry, remove and place on a paper towel to absorb extra oil, eat and enjoy. Season as you wish.
