Introduction

Place a couple leaves of lettuce on a plate, add a serving of cottage cheese and squoosh the stuffed tomato into the center of the cottage cheese and serve. Ingredients

    2Pkg single serving Tuna in water, low sodium
    2.5 hard cooked eggs
    Squeeze of Lemon Juice
    Couple shakes Celery Seed
    1 Tbls onion, diced
    Small splash Vinegar
    3 Tbl Low Fat Mayo

Tips

Great for stuffing tomatoes.


Directions

Mix all ingred together. Chill. Divide
