Wayne's Smoothie

Introduction

Good way to start the morning. Do not tell kids that there is squash and spinach in it and they will love it. Good way to start the morning. Do not tell kids that there is squash and spinach in it and they will love it.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 cup Frozen cubed butternut squash
    1 cup Blackberries or other frozen fruit. Raspberries and blueberries work well.
    1 med. Banana fresh or frozen.
    2 cups Cold tap water.
    Any flavor light yogurt.
    1/2 scoop Any protein powder.
    2 cups Spinach, fresh only.
    2 tbsp. Ground flax seed.

Directions

Put everything in a blender and go to it until smooth. I use the ninja blender and it work wonders

Serving Size: 3 12 oz glasses
