1 1/2 cups warm water
2 packets active dry yeast
1 1/2 Tbsp sugar
2 tsp salt
4 cups white flour
1/2 cup sun-dried tomato pesto
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
Add salt and flour. Kneading until dry dough ball forms.
Let raise for 1 to 1 1/2 hours until doubled. Punch down. Let rest for 10 minutes. Spread dough out into large rectangle. Spread with pesto and parmesan cheese. Roll up. Cut into 18 rolls and place in pan. Let rise again.
Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
