Low Fat Slow Cooker Chicken Curry

Introduction

Super easy and yummy low fat chicken curry! Super easy and yummy low fat chicken curry!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 Boneless Skinless chicken breasts
    4 cups brown rice- cooked
    1 can Campbells Cream of chicken 98% fat free
    1/2 cup reduced fat Mayo
    1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream
    2 TBSP Curry Powder
    1 cup sliced mushrooms
    1 cup sliced onions

Tips

Try adding asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower or any other veggie to the crock pot.

I have also made this in a skillet on the stove, and just cooked for 30 minutes.


Directions

Brown chicken in skillet. Mix soup, mayo, sour cream and curry powder together to make a sauce. Place chicken in slow cooker, cover with veggies and top with sauce. Cook on high for 3 hours or low for 5 hours. Serve over cooked rice.
