Taco Casserole

Ingredients

    Ground beef, extra lean, 16 oz (remove)
    *Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 1.5 cup (remove)
    *Lawry's Taco Seasoning, 9 tsp (remove)
    *Rosarita no fat Traditional refried beans (serving 0.5 cup), 2 cup (remove)
    *Tostitos Restaurant Style Salsa, 8 tbsp (remove)
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 8 oz (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    Cheddar Cheese, 3 oz (remove)

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a skillet brown ground beef (drain if necessary). Add diced onion, and taco seasoning. Add tomatoes (undrained) and salsa, heat through.

Spray a 9" square baking pan with nonstick spray. Spread refried beans evenly across bottom of the pan. Add meat mixture, then top with cheese.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, until heated through.
