Chinatown Chicken Simmer

Ingredients

    2lbs chicken breast
    One red pepper
    3 cups snow peas
    One green pepper
    One can pineapples with juice
    2 teaspoons ginger root
    2 cloves garlic
    .25 cup cornstarch
    .25 cup soy sauce
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 cup water
    1 tsp. Onion powder

Tips

Serve over brown rice


Directions

Brown chicken with onion powder in skillet.
Combine cornstarch and pineapple juice and set aside.
Add other ingredients and cook over medium heat for 20 min. Add corn starch and pineapple juice and water to skillet and cook for 10 min.

Serving Size: Makes 8 1 cup servings
