Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 pound ground turkey
    1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
    1 cup chopped mushrooms
    1/2 onion chopped
    1 jar pizza sauce
    1/2 package 16 oz. spiral pasta cooked and drained
    2 cups shredded lowfat mozzarella cheese
    17 sliced Turkey pepperoni

Directions

In a large skillet, cook turkey until meat is no longer pink; drain and rinse the meat in hot water and set aside. Cook the onion, bellpepper, and mushroom in the same skillet until tender. Add ground turkey back to skillet. Stir in pizza sauce and pasta. Transfer to a greased 13x9x2" baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Arrange pepperoni over the top. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
