    3 bell peppers, any colors, cubed
    2 cups cherry tomatoes, any colors, halved
    1/4 red onion, sliced
    2 slices whole wheat bread, toasted
    6 oz reduced fat feta cheese, cubed
    about 1/3 cup kalamata olives, pitted
    6 tbsp lite balsamic dressing

Directions

toss all together.
