Introduction

Ingredients

    Spaghetti Squash
    Ground Beef
    Carrot
    Tomato
    Marinara
    Cheese

Directions

Cook spaghetti squash. Dice up tomatoes and other veggies and saute until soft, in the olive oil. Also brown the meat. once squash is cooked, shred into "spaghetti" and mix with the veggies, meat, marinara and cheese. top with extra cheese. bake for 30 mins at 350.
