Ingredients

    a few chunks of fresh pineapple

    1/4 cup semi-skimmed milk

    1/2 ripe banana

    1 pot Activia full fat mango yogurt

    1 tbsp honey

    2tbsp Oats & Honey Special K breakfast cereal

    3 ice cubes


Directions

Prepare all ingredients & whizz in blender until desired consistency. Adjust components as necessary to suit your tastes & palette.
