Gluten Free Primal Mug Cake

Introduction

Five minutes to gluten-free, naturally-sweetened chocolate cake bliss. Five minutes to gluten-free, naturally-sweetened chocolate cake bliss.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    3 tbsp unsweetened dry cocoa powder
    3 tbsp almond meal
    2 tbsp Coconut Palm Sugar
    1 dash kosher salt
    1 egg
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 tsp coconut oil
    1 tbsp almond butter

Tips

- Almond butter and coconut oil are optional, but make for a more moist cake and an easier-to-clean mug
- Raw honey or other natural sweetener may be substituted for Coconut Palm Sugar
- DO NOT forget the salt! It gets too rich without it!


Directions

Combine dry ingredients in large mug. Mix in wet ingredients. Microwave two minutes. ENJOY.
