Introduction

Combine your fruit and veggies in one drink. Combine your fruit and veggies in one drink.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    I use a Jr. Smoothie Maker for this.

    4 oz black cherry juice.
    4 oz water
    8 ice cubes (mine are smaller from ice maker)
    .5 avocado interior
    .25 large pear
    .5 gala apple
    1 C+ fresh spinach leaves

Tips

Feel free to try new fruit, other flavor juice, add greek yogurt or even milk.


Directions

Add juice, water & cubes to blender.
Add avocado, pear, apple and spinach.

Blend until smooth.
Pour into large glass. (I use a 32 oz. Nalgene bottle.)

Serving Size: Makes 20 oz frozen smoothie
