Turkey Breast & Veggie Stew

Ingredients

    1 lb Jennie-O Turkey Breast Tenderloins
    3 medium sized Red Potatoes, cut into bite sized pieces
    1 Small onion. cut
    3 stalks celery. chopped
    1 cup fresh mushrooms
    10 lg baby carrots, sliced
    1 can low sodium chicken broth

    Season with whatever spices you have on hand. I used poultry seasoning, Nature's Seasons, italian seasoning, parsley, rosemary, and bay leaves.

Directions

Add all ingredients into crockpot. Cook on low 3- 4 hours
