Beans and Vegetable soup

Introduction

I love crockpot meals and this one is super easy. I love crockpot meals and this one is super easy.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 cups dried pinto beans
    1 large bag frozen vegetables
    2 tbs Tastefully Simple Onion Onion
    2 tbs Tastefully Simple Garlic Garlic
    Water
    Cajun seasoning (optional)

Tips

I added some homemade vegetable stock that I had in the freezer and I like to throw in some cajun seasonings too, but anything you have on hand will be fine and cooking it with just water works fine too.


Directions

soak beans overnight the night before
combine all ingredients in crockpot and turn heat to low and cover with water. Cover and let cook while your at work!
