Oven Fried Pork Chops

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    3 T. butter
    1 egg
    2 T. skim milk
    1 c. cornbread stuffing mix
    4 pork loin chops, boneless

Directions

1. Pre heat oven to 425 degrees.
2. Place butter in a 13x9 pan. Heat in oven 3 minutes or butter melts.
3. In bowl beat egg stir in milk.
4. Place dry stuffing mix in another bowl.
5. Dip pork chops in the egg mixture, coat on both sides.
6. Coat each pork chop on both sides in stuffing mix.
7. Place chops on baking dish with butter.
8. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until tender and juices run clear. Turning once.
