2 cups flour
1 cup milk
.5 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
3 cups fresh or frozen fruit of your choice
*if using frozen fruit, thaw for a bit but DO NOT DRAIN
Don't over bake! Cobbler may look slightly 'loose' when done, it needs time to cool and will set up nicely.
Mix in flour & baking powder
Slowly add in milk & mix until it forms a batter
Batter will be thick!
Spread batter on the bottom of a 9x12 baking dish and top with fruit & any fruit liquid.
Bake at 375 for 30-40 minutes.
Serving Size: 12-15 servings from a 9x12 baking dish
