Wheat Belly Pizza Crust (Low GI)

    Mozzarella Finely shredded Part Skim cheese, 1.5 cup
    Almonds, 1.5 cup, ground
    chick pea flour, .25 cup
    Flaxseed Ground, 4 tbsp
    Onion Powder, 1 tsp
    Garlic Powder, .5 tsp
    Salt - Iodized Sea Salt, .5 tsp
    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    Olive Oil, .25 cup
    Water, tap, .5 cup


Process pulse the mozz until granular in size, in large bowl combine mozz, almonds, chick pea flour, flax seed, onion powder, garlic powder and salt. Stir eggs, oil and water. Mix good, spreadsheet a sheet of parchment paper on desired pan, put dough on then another on top, then flat into a 14 inch round. Take top paper off, then bake in over at 400, for 20 minutes. Top with your favorite toppings.
