Ingredients

Almond oil 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp
Sweetzfree 27 drops
Fat-free evaporated milk 200 ml
Egg whites 1/2 cup
Flour, all purpose 1 cup
Cocoa powder, unsweetened 1/2 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Baking soda 1 tsp
Vanilla 2 tsp
Tips
If you can't find Sweetzfree, use Splenda granular 1 cup or any other heat-stable sweetener.
Directions
Mix all ingredients and beat well. For cupcakes almost fill muffin papers, preferably silicone ones, place in steamer pan. For whole cake, grease and flour steamer pan, pour batter into it. For both, cover steamer pan with foil and steam for 35 min (cupcakes) or 60 min. Cool a little, turn out onto rack and cool completely before frosting.
