California Navel Orange - medium orange (131g), 1 serving (remove)
Water, tap,(Ice Cubes) 1/2 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
EAS Advant Edge Protein Powder, 2 tbsp (remove)
Tips
I use a Vita-Mix Blender
Directions
Peel and section orange, put it in the blender
Add 8 ice cubes
add 1/2 scoop EAS protein powder
add 1/2 scoop Better than Milk Rice Powder
start blender on slow, ramp it up until you have a smoothie
