Ingredients

1 tsp olive oil
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 lg clove garlic (pressed or minced)
20 oz. ground turkey
2 tbsp flour
1 c fat free milk
1/2 tsp ground sage
12 oz bag frozen mixed veggies (corn, carrots, green beans, etc)
Tips
Directions
Heat olive oil in large skillet (10"-12") over medium heat
Add onion and cook until browned
Add garlic
Add ground turkey and cook until browned
Sprinkle flour evenly over mixture in pan and stir well
Add milk in small amounts, stirring well each time
Add sage and salt
Add frozen veggies and continue to cook for a few more minutes (or until desired tenderness)
Makes 4 - 1.25 cup (approx) servings
Variations: Try using different spices to adjust to your taste or try different mixes of veggies
