Mike's Tuna Salad

Introduction

My husband makes this for me regularly as part of my low-carb eating plan - tastes great and very filling. My husband makes this for me regularly as part of my low-carb eating plan - tastes great and very filling.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 can tuna packed in water
    1 pinch garlic salt
    1/8 tsp. onion powder
    1 pinch corriander powder
    3/4 tsp. dijon mustard
    1.5 tsp dill relish
    1/2 tsp. sweet relish
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. mayo (I prefer Hellman's)
    salt/pepper to taste

    2 oz. fresh baby spinach
    2.5 oz. cucumber
    2 oz. iceburg lettuce
    5 oz. tomato
    1 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
    1.5 oz. grated carrots

Tips

You can do whatever combination of vegetables you like or have it with crackers if you prefer.


Directions

Mix first 7 ingredients together with a pinch of garlic salt, corriander power, and salt & pepper to taste. Add remaining ingredients to a bowl and top with tuna.
