Protein peanut butter fudge bars

Introduction

A good sorce of protein and very low in carbs and curve that wanting something sweet thing we all fight. A good sorce of protein and very low in carbs and curve that wanting something sweet thing we all fight.
Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    1 cup Peanut butter
    3 tlbs honey
    1 1/2 cups protein powder (4 scoops) chocolate
    1 cup uncooked oats
    2 to 6 tlbs water depending on how most you want them

Tips

Bars are very filling you can also add choped nuts I really enjoy them with a cup of coffee


Directions

Mix peanut butter and honey in a bowl microwave for 30 seconds add the rest of ingredients and mix well. Mixture should be crumbly and slightly moist. Press hard into 9x13 container and refrigerate for 30 minutes cut into 24 bars the smaler the contianer the thicker the bar I like a 9x11 it works out perfect for me

Serving Size: makes 24 1 inch square servings

  • I've made it several times now. I find, for me, I need to alternate with a protein bar with more roughage. I usually have two protein bars a day - one mid morning and one mid afternoon. This, alone tends to constipate me. But, they are DELICIOUS! - 6/26/14
