Kellogg's All-Bran Cereal, 1.25 cup (1 serving)
*Silk, Light Vanilla Soymilk, 1 cup
Egg, fresh, 1 large
Applesauce, unsweetened, .5 cup
*Molasses, blackstrap, 2 tbsp
Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
Arrowhead Mills Whole Grain Organic Rye Flour, 1 serving
Baking Powder, 1 tsp
Baking Soda, 1 tsp
Salt, 1 dash
Banana, fresh, 3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
Walnuts, .5 cup, chopped
Hain Natural Turbinado Sugar, 25 tsp (.5 cup)
Place cup cake papers in your cupcake pan, then laddle a sufficient amount of the batter into each.
Bake in the oven at 350 degree F for approximately 25 minutes.
