Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup wheat flour
    2 scoops protein powder (unflavored) or 3/4 cups
    1 teasp. baking powder
    1 teasp. soda
    1/4 teasp.salt
    1 cup splenda
    3 ripe bananas
    1/2 cup apple sauce
    2 eggs
    1/2 cups peacans (or walnuts)

Tips

you can also use chocolate protien powder if you like the chocolaty flavor like choclate zucchini bread.
Can also use 1 cup shredded zucchini in place of bananas

Directions

Mix all wet ingredients well.
Mix all dry ingredients well, pour into wet ingredients a little at a time mix well. Pour into sprayed pans and bake @ 325
small pans 25 t0 30 min. 8 slices each
medium pans 35 to 40 min 12 slices each
they are done when bread starts to pull away from pan

Serving Size: small pans make 4 lofes medium pans make 2 lofes
