Introduction
Homemade Vanilla Coffee Creamer RecipeServings: 11 (makes 3 cups of creamer)

Ingredients

1/2 pint whipping cream
1/2 pint Fat Free Half & Half
3 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1 teaspoon almond extract
1 pkg Yahoo Drink Mix powder
1/2 cup Brown Sugar Splenda
Bring up to 32 oz Volume with Vanilla Almond Milk
Tips
Traditional serving size is 2 Tablespoons, but I always use lots more, and that is what most people actually do. This is for 1/4 cup creamer to 1 cup coffee, I like mine with lots of cream.
Directions
Step 1. In a medium sauce pan on low heat whisk together Vanilla Almond Milk, Brown Sugar Splenda and whipping cream until combined.
Step 2. Whisk in the vanilla
Step 3. Warm up mixture until it steams. Do not bring to a boil.
Step 4. Move away from heat and let sit for about 5 minutes.
To store the creamer pour into glass container and cover. I use a Ball Regular Mason 1 Qt Canning Jar. Someday I want to get something fancier but for now this works fine.
The homemade french vanilla creamer will keep for about 10 days in the refrigerator. If it even lasts that long.
