Introduction

We first had this at a GS camp out with Fritos and cheese. It is also delicious (and more healthy) by itself. We first had this at a GS camp out with Fritos and cheese. It is also delicious (and more healthy) by itself.

Ingredients

    1 pound ground beef 90% lean or leaner
    2 cans condensed tomato soup
    2 cans vegetable soup (I use the ones with beef broth)
    2 soup cans of water

Tips

If you have room in your calorie count for the day, adding a few Fritos and cheese makes this soup extra good! This is great to use for camp-outs!


Directions

Brown and drain the meat. In a large pan, combine meat, 4 cans of soup, and two cans of water. Heat through and serve.
