Directions

Combine butter, unsweetened chocolate (squares or envelopes), 1cup sugar, beaten eggs, vanilla extract, and flour. Mix well and pour into a greased 9-in. springform pan. Bake at 350 for 18-20 minutes. Let cool. Meanwhile, combine, softened cream cheese, .75 cup of sugar, mint extract, cool whip, and green food coloring, if you want. Spread on top of baked brownie crust and top with chocolate chips, whole or melted. If desired, you can also decorate with additional decorative dollops of whipped cream right before serving.
